Why I built WeGotInjured.com
I founded WeGotInjured.com because personal injury is personal to me.
In 2004, I lost my sister following suspected medical malpractice. The loss was devastating. What followed made it even harder: we were left searching for answers and feeling that the full truth had not been disclosed by the people and institutions we expected to trust.
That experience changed how I see injury, accountability, and access to help. When a family is overwhelmed, it should not have to fight through confusion, unanswered questions, and a system it does not understand just to find the right place to start.
The standard behind the service
Tell the truth. Protect the person. Act with urgency. Never promise what cannot be proven.
Who I serve
I serve injured people and families who need a clearer path forward. I also work with personal-injury attorneys who value responsive intake, ethical communication, and responsible client service.
WeGotInjured.com is not a law firm, and I do not provide legal advice. Our role is to help people explain what happened, organize the information they choose to provide, and request an introduction to a participating independent attorney who may be equipped to evaluate the matter.
How I work
I believe compassion without action is only sympathy. Action without integrity creates another problem. The standard must be both: care about the person and take responsibility for the process.
That means communicating clearly, verifying information before presenting it as fact, protecting private information, acknowledging uncertainty, and using technology—including carefully designed AI-assisted systems—to improve intake without replacing human judgment or professional responsibility.
Why this mission matters
I cannot change what happened to my sister. I can help build a better starting point for the next family looking for answers.
