WeGotInjured.com is an attorney referral service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, case valuation, or legal services. The Site allows users to submit information and request a possible introduction to an independent participating attorney. Whether an introduction is available depends on location, attorney participation, conflicts, timing, and independent case criteria.

No Match, Representation, or Result Guarantee

We do not guarantee that an attorney will review an inquiry, contact a user, accept a matter, offer representation, recover compensation, or achieve a particular result. Any attorney is independent and must verify the facts, law, conflicts, deadlines, and engagement terms directly.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of the Site, submission of information through any form, or communication with WeGotInjured.com personnel does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and WeGotInjured.com or any attorney. An attorney-client relationship is created only after a written engagement agreement is signed between you and an independent attorney.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WeGotInjured.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.
